      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone call customer service for help ..only to get a rep who says someone will call you back within 4 hours and then never get a call back?&amp;nbsp; Happens to me all the time and today I have a web browser issue with QVC on my account (as if someone went in and changed the settings) and I cannot get ONE PERSON to talk to who knows what they are doing.&amp;nbsp; Many are STILL working from home... Are you kidding me?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
