QVC telling customers wrong info

It says online the price and then the 5 easy pays . Exam 65.00 with 5 easy pays of 14.98 well It isnt that its higher . Thats not right qvc all said and done my easys pays end up to be 15.66 each. wrong wrong wrong not 14.98 as stated . Please fix

I believe easy pays quoted by hosts don't include shipping and tax if applicable.

@Roz123456 could that difference be your state tax? Tax will differ depending on where we live, so

they can't give a total including tax.

Good grief. The SLIGHTLY higher cost includes tax and shipping. You really need to calm down.

I don't understand this. Example 65.00 with 5 EP is 13.00.

Shipping and handling is added and there is no way for the Host to know what the tax for your State is.

I don't think there a problem with customers understanding that the easy pay mentioned doesn't include s&h + tax. I have never seen a single complaint about that. Obviously the host can't give the exact amount since tax varies.

I get your point @Roz123456 and you are right. they should say the easy pay price and follow with plus shipping and tax, so that easy pay will a little higher. It's a quick disclaimer that would help everyone have an accurate difference in the charge.

Everyone is quick to jump down your throat, but ignore, and post what bothers you. You can bet you are not the only one that feels this way.
