    <description>&lt;P&gt;To QVC Customer Service Reps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I personally have not returned any QVC items in a few years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a friend who does not speak English, but is a QVC Member.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She asked someone else to call QVC since they are also a QVC Member but the QVC Customer Service Rep sounded unsure of some of the information they were furnishing, so my friend is concerned, and asked if I would personally contact QVC Customer Service on the QVC.com Community Forums, to inquire in writing about various charges which QVC charges for various return situations, which I have listed below so there is no&amp;nbsp;misinformation given now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly please reply to this post, and advise reply to each QVC charge associated with the question I posted, and we both thank you in advance, and wish all at QVC &amp;amp; The Community Forums Happy Holidays&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question #1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The QVC Extended Holiday Return Policy is until January 31st, 2017, but what month and date in 2016 did it actually go into effect?&amp;nbsp; (Beginning from what month and date in 2016, and ending January 31st, 2017. (Please reply &amp;amp; thanks).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question #2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The QVC Extended Holiday return policy is until January 31st, 2017, but on what&amp;nbsp;approximate&amp;nbsp; date must the QVC Extended January 31st, 2017 Returns be taken to USPS when using the QVC/Newgistics prepaid Select Service Return shipping label, in order to reach QVC before the 1/31/2017 extended return date expires? (Please reply &amp;amp; thanks).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question #3)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If an item arrived damaged/defective/or not as advertised, and needs to be returned to QVC for a full refund of funds already paid to QVC either in full, or on QVC easy payments by the QVC Member....... is the QVC return label charge of either $6.95 or $8.95 waived, and the full price already paid by the QVC customer refunded in it's entirety back to the QVC Member's desired refunded method of payment? &lt;P&gt;Thank you for your great questions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#1 &amp;nbsp;Our Holiday Gift Returns started 9/24/16. &amp;nbsp;Most items from our Christmas in July sales are also included in the Holiday Gift Return program.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#2 &amp;nbsp;The package would need to be accepted by the USPS no later than 1/31/17 to qualify for the extended returns. &amp;nbsp;Keep in mind there will be a higher volume of returns being processed at the end of January so if you send it back earlier your return would probably be processed a little quicker.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#3 &amp;nbsp;Any time an item is returned because it is damaged or defective, the return label fee is waived. &amp;nbsp;The refund can be processed as either a credit to the original pay method or you can request to have member credits.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;#4 &amp;nbsp;As part of the return process, the original shipping as well as the return label fee would be deducted from your refund. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
