You said advance order, will be shipped on 9/20/21. Since then, it says preparing order, but no clue of shipping ever. When can I expect it?

If the inventory is so low, why do you need to take so many orders?

@Peppu The order says it ships the week of 9/20. Nobody can tell you which day it will ship or when you'll get it. The merchandise is just arriving from overseas. Who said the inventory is low?

Inventory may be low b/c ships can't unload.

Youd think people from California would know about the situation with ships that can't unload, since the rest of us hear about it. Guess not.

@Peppu , My order also said ships the week of September 20th, not that it will ship on September 20th. Actually my estimated delivery date is arrives 9/29 but I don't know if that will happen. I'm fine with whenever they ship. I don't understand or appreciate the reply about unsolicited advice. You actually asked when will they ever ship, so you did solicite advice. Be kind. MOO

@Peppu I hope you contacted them and call them out on their promises. This is unacceptable!
