Scheduling a Pickup from the homepage

This used to be so convenient.
Now when I click on schedule a pickup all I get is something from Putney bowes asking for a password. Customer service doesn't seem to know anything about this. Whats going on with this now

I have never had that problem at all.

Go to USPS.com and scedule a pick up directly with them. It is very easy to do!

You can schedule a pickup directly from USPS at USPS Schedule Pickup. You don't need to set up an account.

Fill out the form, follow directions, and your mail carrier will pick up your package.
