Why is is so hard to see reviews. It never was a problem before but it is now. I know this was posted by other customers. There are at least 2 things I have passed on because of this issue and I know I am not alone. can you help by reaching out to ur IT dept? Thank you

@Rose429 The IT department is well aware of the problem but apparently can't fix it. The problem is often a glitch between Q's system and Safari on Apple products. It can sometimes be rectified by downloading and temporarily using another browser. I use Chrome on an Android device and have never been unable to see reviews.

@Kachina624 @I have safari on a fairly new iPad. Use to work fine now it doesn't. Can't figure it out.

@Rose429 I suspected you might have Safari. So try downloading a different browser. Both Google Chrome and Firefox are good. You still keep your Safari and go back to it anytime. Go to your playstore where you download apps.
