      <description>Threes separate orders that I have received in the last couple of weeks were wrong. Today one item was missing, on one the wrong item was in the package, and the other was correct item but wrong size. I have been with Q at least 20 years , just wondering why this is happening</description>

I got 2 pkgs today, 2 yesterday and 6 items one day last week.&amp;nbsp; Everything perfect except a factory defect on one item.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Package them up using the Q return label and go to the USPS website and request a pickup.&amp;nbsp; They'll come and get them and email a receipt.&amp;nbsp; When you get your refund, check it carefully to be sure they don't charge you for return shipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know what is happening to QVC but it is not good! &amp;nbsp;I too am getting the wrong packages that have my address on the package and another person's order inside with their packing slip and personal information! &amp;nbsp;That person received my order which is sold out and has my personal information! &amp;nbsp;I called CS and all they do is refund and don't have answers and do nothing! &amp;nbsp;Really sad as I am a long time customer and they do not seem to care! &amp;nbsp;Not the QVC of years before for sure!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You're not the only one wondering.&amp;nbsp; Others complaining of the same issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sometimes errors like this are caused by employees rushed too much to get orders out faster.&amp;nbsp; It's even worse when there's a shortage of workers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It also could be caused by the ability of employees&amp;nbsp; hired.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Not wanting to be critical of them, but some people are unable to work well in fast paced environments.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I received several wrong orders in the past 2 months - package &amp;amp; invoice was listed as Renee Goldstein (which I ordered) , I actually received Susan Graver!&amp;nbsp; It was my address, supposedly my order - I KEPT IT!&amp;nbsp; Seriously if QVC can't get their orders right, then I have no problem keeping an item worth 3 times the price that I paid for the original order - it was in my size.&amp;nbsp; Bonus to me.&amp;nbsp; Wrong you say to keep something?&amp;nbsp; Not really since they said they have refunded me $30 plus dollars and I haven't seen it on my CC statement since May.&amp;nbsp; Oh and yes, I am on my 5th nickname since their problem that you can't sign out, maybe they will get wise and fix their problems so you can actually sign out and stay signed out without clearing your history.&amp;nbsp; I continue to buy from QVC because I want to, and because I get extra bonuses from misshipped products.&amp;nbsp; (PS, the Susan Graver pants I received instead of my clearance item Renee Goldstein were worth it).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
