Has anyone else had this happen? Placed a $100 order July 24. July 27 it said "Order received". Nothing else. It is now one week and no movement to be shipped. Where is it?

Is it vendor shipped? If so, it's pretty common to see much slower processing and shipping.

The Q shipping is super slow these days- most of my items take at least 2 weeks- that is after they get out of whatever "processing order" is . I find Target, Amazon and even Macys to be much quicker- less than a week ! And oh.... did I mention shipping is free???
