Why is is so difficult to read the reviews!!

...two different items that I checked I had to refresh the page multiple times, click on read reviews, etc to view the reviews. One item so far I have not been able to view the reviews.

@Mom2Dogs I've had no trouble at all. Try using a different browser.

This has been a rather longstanding problem. Sometimes they show up. Others not.

Sometimes, refreshing the page or clicking on the ratings at the upper left side of the page works. Other times, not.

More recently, QVC lost two sales because reviews wouldn't show up. Didn't return to see if they came back up.

I use Microsoft Edge, hardly a rarely used fringe browser. It's up to QVC's IT dept to fix these problems.
