      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pkg is sitting for 4 days in an UPS facility. It hasn't got to USPS yet. If it ever arrives you are getting it right back. The main reason I have cancelled orders with the Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80472"&gt;@Didiville&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I think your issue is with the shipping company, not QVC, although they do seem to pick the absolute cheapest way to ship things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, its better to just keep the item rather then pay the return shipping, and wait for them to receive it back - which can takes weeks, not days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll agree, it's not QVC, its shippers....UPS, USPS. Although QVC does not seem to be in a rush to get things out the door.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Maybe shippers are overwhelmed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ordered clothing from 3 differend places this month, and shipping is slow in each case.&amp;nbsp; You just cannot be in a hurry for anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order with QVC for an in stock item on July 15th, and it was just mailed out on July 22nd. It stayed in "preparing order" status for almost a week before it was mailed. Of course, combined with other shipping issues, I still do not have the item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same experience, my order has had the "preparing order" status for 7 days now. &amp;nbsp;This is ridiculous, makes me wonder if they have the items in stock.
