HEY QVC, either fix Mary Nelson's audio at her house or you will be sure to lose viewers. Alot of customers did say something last week and nothing has been done. The echo is horrible and it sounds like she is yelling at the TV. With all the guests working from home I don't understand why you cannot fix this issue. It is unwatchable. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. I have turned her shows off twice now.

She did say there were technical issues QVC was trying to solve. I'd expect sound quality was one of them.

Q should fly an audio technician out to Mary Nelson;s house to work on the issues. Expensive but it seems to be the only way.

@Nataliesgramma listening to her quivering voice would be bad enough let alone audio problems. Not interested in watching or listening
