They will be, but it makes no difference. They aren't a "real" poster anyway, they just signed up to troll and spam. The next time they do the same thing it'll just be with a different persona & signup info.

Many, many people use different types of proxy servers. The companies that provide them often offer basic services very cheaply. With a proxy server, your "footprint" information goes to *their* servers first, gets *changed* by their servers, and no one knows where you "really" are. I believe the information changes with every use, as well.

These companies don't exist "for" trolls but I can see they would make use of them.

Then again, people can sit at a McDonald's for an hour and cause all kinds of havoc. Next time - different McDonald's, different IP #. Where there's a will ...

Oh yeah, I forgot about people being at work and having time to have fun on the internet . Wouldn't been tolerated back in my day. These days anything goes, though.
