I was finally able to get in to the forums at 1:55 pm. However, the system went back to my old nickname. I have changed it and my password and the system stills shows my old name.

The IT dept sure seems to have a lot of trouble with their computers. They either need to get different computers or different operators. This is getting so frustrating and disgusting!

You're not alone, just look around the forums at all of the threads re: this same issue, some include responses from Mods.

My 'new' nic, even though I didn't try to change it, is now a part of my email address, guess I'll have to change my email address now.......

@Patriot3 , strangely enough, a glitch in my user names that made mine different in the forum than when I wrote a review, got fixed somehow and I am now one and the same! And the nic that I have always used, until this glitch happened. Go figure.

@KingstonsMom My new nickname is 1Snickers, changed from Krypto. I didn't do it and I think it was one I wanted years ago and they said it was unavailable.
At least it's my other dog and not a number. I still haven't found out how to post a photo avitar!

We won't know who anyone is!

Has it occurred to anyone else that this may be related to the Russian computer piracy? QVC would never in a million years admit they were attacked but I betcha that is the problem. They say it has affected thousands of companies. We've never had anything this weird happen before.

Don't be too rough on IT;they may be a victim, not the perpetrator.

Find a non-copyrighted picture you want to use for your avatar.

Just below the list of forums, under Quick Links, click on My Settings, then look for the word Avatar.

@KingstonsMomIG (IG)

As long as you keep the same avatar we'll know who you are.

Well i can sign in to the forums but i can not get to my main account to check on orders. I contacted the Mods but did not get much help, They said to clear cookies(did that already) still can't sign in. It says i need to change password(did that) didnt help. This is getting old. It took 1 month to be able to check my auto deliveries.
