      <title>No Receipt in Order Received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like it's becoming a habit that receipts are not included.&amp;nbsp; Two items that I'd ordered did not come with a receipt.&amp;nbsp; It was so not convenient as not everyone has a printer at home to reprint a receipt.&amp;nbsp; Please let the shipping department know that this is happening more frequently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp;received a few packages from QVC without return labels or receipts. I just called CS and they sent me what I needed. Just don't wait around deciding what you are going to do. It took less than a week to get the letter from QVC that I was waiting for. It is a bother but fixable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
