I ordered David's new cookbook, item #, order# and purchase date above, but have not received my invitation for the bonus of joining a group for many other cooking features.

I do receive Q emails and the invitation is not in my spam or trash.

I have been looking for this special invitation every day since ordering the cookbook.

I called customer service and they provided me the information necessary to join the group.
