Wow, just had something happen that never has before. I placed an order using easy pay and i got a pop up to make sure i understand easy pay. I use my credit card not a qcard. I have been using easy pay for years. I placed an order a couple hours ago and that never came up then. This happen to anyone else?

I've been a Q shopper for almost 30 years and have never used easy pay but I'm thinking maybe people are not understanding how easy pay works and that pop up helps them understand it better.

Yes, I received that for the first time yesty too. I thought it was odd, but agree that they may be having issues with ppl not understanding it.

I use EZ on everything I order.

Thanks. Glad i wasen't the only one. New customers may not understand easy pay.
