      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something is definitely wrong with Q's ordering and shipping departments.&amp;nbsp; Not only are the orders over a week old before being sent out but most of the time I receive messages in RED saying "something has gone wrong........".&amp;nbsp; When you call the phone no. provided the rep hasn't any idea that something is wrong.&amp;nbsp; QVC needs to make a public explanation on what exactly has been going on for the past few months or they are going to lose a lot of customers!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Q has millions of customers sitting on the couch - comfortable &amp;amp; with phone in hand at home - they can afford&amp;nbsp;to lose some million and still get enough orders&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doubt if they really sweat the shipping matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I do not mind if it takes a week for my item to be sent out.&amp;nbsp; QVC is dependent on manufacturers who are suffering from lack of staff and many other challenges.&amp;nbsp; There is nothing QVC sells that is critical to my life or is needed immediately.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Also, I have never received a message in red, and I have shopped for years and years and order fairly regularly.&amp;nbsp; Maybe you have some credit issues that need to be resolved.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12451"&gt;@janiemay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I get that "something has gone wrong" message occasionally.&amp;nbsp; I simply repeat the action and it goes through with no problem.&amp;nbsp; Never had to call anybody.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Nothing is wrong with the Q's shipping.&amp;nbsp; It's international manufacturing and shipping that are the problem.&amp;nbsp; This is the new normal for online merchants and may continue through this year as the pandemic is still greatly impacting other countries.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#993300"&gt;I fully understand the international manufacturing and shipping problems, the ships waiting to unload etc etc etc.&amp;nbsp; My problem with QVC is when they offer me a product and advertise&amp;nbsp;it as in stock is it wrong of me to have the expectation that I will receive it in a reasonable time frame? Just be up front and honest with me.&amp;nbsp; They put the order into processing right away so we can't cancel and it sits and sits.&amp;nbsp; I'd rather deal with on back order which is closer to the truth than in stock when it isn't.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#993300"&gt;The international problems are not QVC's fault any more than once it's in the shippers hands they have any control.&amp;nbsp; All I'm asking for is realistic expectations.&amp;nbsp; I am also sending this to Corporate Offices.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't mind the waiting but what is really irking me beyond belief is the fact that all my refunds and credits are not going back to original method of payment. &amp;nbsp;Instead we're playing this game that CC and/or debit card accounts rejected the refund. &amp;nbsp;WHAT???? &amp;nbsp; Then when I go to make a new purchase the credits are automatically checked and applied unless I uncheck it (if I notice it). &amp;nbsp;So QVC gets their money back. &amp;nbsp;Nice trick.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

" I an alone so dont have that problem but my Mother did and told me not to tell my Dad about packages.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What I don't understand is other on line stores ship promptly, except Amazon who is speedy one to two days and even with USPS on most orders. I recently received JCPenny, Macys, Eddie Bauer, Lancome, HSN in seven to 10 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Enjoy your new dishes as they sound fun. I love seasonal dinnerware sets but then have no place to store them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
