Wrong order

I ordered the Susan Graver Lapis earrings last week...the order came today..BUT instead of Lapis they sent this green color!!!,..Called customer service to exchange and Lapis IS NO LONGER AVAILABILITY..I wonder if they sent out the green because they didn't have enough of the Lapis...SO disappointed was going to wear them this weekend😌

I am sorry you re disappointed but I honestly do NOT think they sent the green instead. I think it was just a mistake. We all make them.

I hope you find something else to wear just as pretty or prettier.

I believe you're right. It's all kind of automated so yeah, it was probably just an error. Wow, your post is so nice, you should work with people. You actually replied your opinion but amiably. That caught my attention.
