I returned the Calista tools TSV from about a month ago. My husband dropped it off at the post office and they never gave him a receipt. This was two weeks ago, and I have yet to see any return activity on the QVC website. I used a QVC return label.

Please help! I don't see an email option to contact customer service anymore, otherwise, I would have emailed the details of the order, including my order number. Is it safe to write that here, or is that something potential thieves can use to steal my identity? My computer is in the repair shop, so my online access is limited, at the moment.

Hi @Suziqzee I found the order, you should never post personal information on Social Media so you are good. I was able to track the return and have issued a refund and all future Easy Pays have been canceled. You can also email us at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com if you need help.
