    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order 4 days ago and tried to cancel but it said preparing to ship, can't cancel. As of today it still has not shipped. &amp;nbsp;Don't understand why it takes so long to ship it out and until it has why can't it be cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Thats just part of the process when you order from QVC. &amp;nbsp; Nothing ships instantly, &amp;nbsp;although my clothing orders have been shipping pretty fast. &amp;nbsp; Some things are shipped by vendors and they certainly don't rush.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once the process starts going you cannot cancel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have been fortunate as far as shipping.&amp;nbsp; I think it depends on the item purchased.&amp;nbsp; I have to&amp;nbsp;admit one product I ordered never arrived so the Q sent out another one which I should be receiving today and it was handled quickly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="catvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-catvery-happy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_cat-very-happy.png" alt="Cat Very Happy" title="Cat Very Happy" /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Things are starting to ship faster, probably because of extra staff for the holidays.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order 2 days ago (not shipped from on outside vendor), tried to cancel yesterday but couldn't, this morning it shipped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you would think after 4 days of saying they are processing that they would have shipped. &amp;nbsp;And if not, then why can't I cancel. &amp;nbsp;No one ever said we expect them to ship "instantly", but 4 days? &amp;nbsp;Then another 5 days to get here? &amp;nbsp;come on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I checked on your last order that was placed on the 12th and I do see that it shipped out on the 15th so it looks like you should still expect to receive it by the estimated delivery date of the 21st. &amp;nbsp;Once the order goes into the final stages of processing no changes can be made so that is probably why you were not able to cancel it. &amp;nbsp;If you need further assistance, please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.&lt;/P&gt;
