      <title>Watch Order Status</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Be careful about orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a blowout item - 1 pair of jeans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received 2 - and was charged for 2.&amp;nbsp; When I looked at my order status, it showed 2 orders - each for 2 pair of jeans - listed individually within the order.&amp;nbsp; When I saw that, I panicked thinking I was going to receive 2 more for a total of four.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted the Social Team about returning the 3 pair I didn't order.&amp;nbsp; She told me - oh it's actually just one order - not the two listed.&amp;nbsp; Somehow it got repeated - so you are only getting 2 pair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I explained that I only ordered 1 pair and that obviously there was some sort of computer glitch.&amp;nbsp; Told the item was NOT returnable - sorry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So check your orders immediately while there is still time to cancel.&amp;nbsp; This was an expensive lesson.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/110757"&gt;@Isobel Archer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think they're having probems with their computer system.&amp;nbsp; I ordered ONE LGTSV ob A/D and did not check my orders until about a week later.&amp;nbsp; I had TWO orders "in process"&amp;nbsp; though I had not ordered a second one.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunatelt the rep was not able to cancel either one.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully, I won't be charged for thid return!!!!!&lt;img id="womanfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-womanfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-frustrated.png" alt="Woman Frustrated" title="Woman Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps if you let C/S know there's a fluke in the system, they will let you return the extra item at no charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OT:&amp;nbsp; Almost everytime I go t check the reviews, I get the write review page.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating!&lt;img id="womanmad" class="emoticon emoticon-womanmad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-mad.png" alt="Woman Mad" title="Woman Mad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Has this ever happened to you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
