    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help, please. My LaCreuset Cassadou went from "In Stock" to "Advance Order", and after 2 &amp;nbsp;weeks to"preparing for shipment." This is crazy. Is there any way that this can be CANCELLED? Customer Service said that they couldn't cancel..I suggested that they contact shipping to see if this could be cancelled. Customer Service said that they would make a note in the system that IF this couldn't be cancelled I wouldn't be charged for return shipping. Please help. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
