      <title>WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE &amp; FRAUDULENT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered an item that was very expensive ($500+). It was out of stock everywhere else so I was so excited to see it available on QVC. However, I soon realized after placing order if it is out of stock everywhere, including the manufacturer website, it is likely going to take very long to ship and I would rather cancel and wait. Customer Service did not let me cancel this order!! You can't cancel an order immediately after placing?!!! Why would it be processing IMMEDIATELY??? They are losing so many customers because of this policy! Also noticed their tax was $25 higher than Sephora even though shipping to the same place. THAT IS FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL. In 2021 during a pandemic, it is INSANE that they are charging for shipping, returns, and have horrendous customer service. Will never place an order here ever again and advise everyone else to do the same unless you are fine waiting forever to receive items and know 100% you want it. Ugh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, but there is nothing "fraudulent or illegal" in limiting the time you have to cancel an order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some retailers give you 1 hour to cancel, others don't allow cancellations at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no legal requirement that retailers allow cancellation of orders for any length of time and most don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the other hand I have cancelled an order with QVC, shortly after ordering, when 'free shipping' was offered a short while later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275588"&gt;@Pper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I'm sorry you aren't pleased with your ordering experience, but there are quite a few companies nowadays that don't let you cancel once you've placed an order, mainly due to their need to immediately connect with vendors to secure inventory in the supply chain. And QVC charges tax based on appropriate regulations for item type and delivery location; this is money they have to pay based on your purchase, not additional funds they get to keep. You could try reaching out to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to see if they can assist with your situation, but it is likely they won't be able to cancel your order, either. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
