    <description>Totally agree...my order from March 5 is ‘being prepared’, and now, I just got a similar email about by order from March 13. I’m really not even sure about this last order because there is no order number on the email and no reference as to what the order is. What is happening????? Customer service is HORRIBLE! And don’t give me the Covid excuse. I have ordered from many other businesses and have not had these problems. The Q is failing us in a huge way!</description>

      <description>I’ve been waiting on a jacket I ordered on the 7th. Estimated delivery date is tomorrow. It’s still “preparing to ship.” I called customer service and was basically told to wait aka they had no idea. So angry.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, another one here waiting since March 5th. They sent me a delay message but guess what, can't wear that unlike the item I ordered! I know delivery services such as usps is already horrible on speed but now I have to await the vendor to pull it together to even get it to the shipper? Really? I order a lot online, there are many choices out there, and they don't seem to be having the issues that QVC has. It is going to give me pause to order anything further here if the mere act of getting it in the mail is difficult.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another customer here waiting for my order to ship.&amp;nbsp; It was supposed to arrive 3/13 but now is "in process".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And of course no way to cancel the order.&amp;nbsp; You can barely cancel the same day you ordered and that it just ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so sorry I ever ordered the item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless it ships you should be able to cancel your order.&amp;nbsp; Just put the darn item back in the warehouse and let it be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is why I hardly ever buy from the Q anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah the least qvc could do is upgrade the shipping to UPS rather than the always delayed ups/usps combination they used to save a dime. If they are fancy enough to be able to detect a late sent package an send out those placebo emails, their system should expedite their shipment. But that'd make too much sense I suppose, better to have cranky customers. 🙄&lt;/P&gt;</description>
