    <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a return using the Q label at my post office March 1st.&amp;nbsp; When I checked tracking I saw it spent 9 days before leaving my state!&amp;nbsp; Still waiting for it to be delivered 2 weeks later.&amp;nbsp; I learned my lesson, using my own label next time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use the return label that QVC provides to send items back to them and have noticed increasingly that the tracking is wild! When the "shipping agent" (whoever that is) picks it up it goes back and forth over the country like a bird lost in flight! &amp;nbsp;One item I'm tracking has been to Atlanta, then Texas, and back to Atlanta. &amp;nbsp;I'm hoping eventually it gets to the right destination. &amp;nbsp;I don't think anything will ever be totally back to normal. I have sent a couple of notes to the social media team when items were seemingly lost in space and they have been so nice to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37319"&gt;@InStitches49&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So true, that's why I never use the return label, I return on my own dime and it's usually not much more (if any) than the return label fees and at least it gets there in 3 days (not 3 weeks) and I have accurate tracking along the way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The return label is just another money maker for QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Typically, as long as the package is proven to be in transit, they can issue your refund and you won't have to wait for everything to arrive back at QVC. That's one of the benefits of using the Q's label; it provides direct tracking in their systems and includes insurance so they can make a claim if anything happens along the way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know the return shipping is slow and I'm usually patient, but this was so slow that I was about to be charged another Easy Pay even though I returned the items within the week I'd received them. I hope things work out well for you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am livid right now. &amp;nbsp;I ordered a very expensive ring that I unfortunately had to return. &amp;nbsp;I used the return label thinking that would be the most efficient and precise way to guarantee it would get back to QVC. &amp;nbsp;I mailed it on MARCH 5th! &amp;nbsp;The only history currently showing via the tracking is that it left the place I mailed it from on March 6th. &amp;nbsp;NO information is available after that. &amp;nbsp;So, there is a $2500+ ring floating around who knows where for the past 8 days. &amp;nbsp;QVC takes the longest of any online retailer I've used to ship/deliver items ordered--and this was WAY before COVID, so that can't be used as an excuse. &amp;nbsp;I can honestly say that I'm pretty much over shopping with the Q and I've been a customer for about 25 years. Disappointed and now very worried because the first payment will be coming due on the ring and if I pay then have to then wait for a credit, that will take more time. &amp;nbsp;When returns finally DO reach them, I have found that credits take almost as long as the returns take to reach them. &amp;nbsp;Ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click the&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; "View Order" link for the order. Scroll down a bit and click "Track Your Return."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://pitneybowes.shipment.co/track" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://pitneybowes.shipment.co/track&lt;/A&gt; and enter your tracking number. This&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; is the site for tracking the "agent" who picks up your package from the USPS hub&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; and gets it moving back to QVC.
