Trying to order K- 50547= Power XL 1500W Smokeless Grill Pro with Griddle Plate. Color = Copper. Item showed free shipping but when the item is added to my cart the shipping is included in total price . Please help. Thank you. SouthernBee

@SouthernBee - @santorini is correct; you have to move from your cart into the checkout process for the free shipping to be applied. This happens every time a free shipping event is launched and it always causes confusion, so I'm not sure why QVC doesn't post a note about it (or fix it).

My only problem with the free shipping days is it isn't offered for my state. It's like any other shopping day for me, so my items remain on my wish list until I decide I want it bad enough to pay the shipping.
