Better Shoe Presentations Please

I am requesting that a video is included in the shoe description which shows how shoes open. Hosts never seem to give this information and not everyone can sit and watch qvc all day long hoping for info. Recently have sent two pairs back due to lack of information provided on line and by hosts on air. Vionic white jojo were actually mint green, (needed white for work) although multiple hosts described them as white. New balance tsv shoes were described as laceups when in fact tongue was sewn to sides making it imposible for elderly mother to put on feet. Laces did not release the shoe. Both purchases would have not been made and cost $16 to return. I am not alone in this there were many reviews stating the same. Thank you.

A problem I have is showing the vendors face the whole time they're speaking instead of the shoes. We can hear them at the same time.

@frenchie I know. This Skype thing is irritating sometimes.
