      <title>Last Purchase at QVC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been away for awhile due to a serious illness. I recently started purchasing again due to immune suppression and not being able to shop in person. Today I ordered a Martha Stewart rug because of work needed on my poor home. After placing my order I went online and found the rug much cheaper with free shipping. I immediately tried to cancel my order and it was in process and wouldn't let me cancel, I had also been charged shipping. I called and asked that my order be cancelled so I could order it elsewhere. The Representative said sorry that wasn't possible, when I asked for the free shipping at least they said no it was excluded. I asked where that was stated, and they couldn't tell me. How would this hurt QVC to help with this? Other businesses would have made an exception. This is definitely not the QVC that I used to shop all the time. This is my last purchase with QVC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry but QVC has NEVER had a policy allowing for cancellations.&amp;nbsp; It has never been stated or posted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't but QVC has never made promises that you can do so.&amp;nbsp; It really isn't their fault you changed your mind, even though it was for good reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree, see if the Moderators can help you.&amp;nbsp; If it is too late to cancel, you will have to return it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Use their return label and have USPS pick it up at your front door.&amp;nbsp; Totally contactless and easy!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;While QVC has never had an official cancellation policy, usually an item that was ordered within a short time (hours) could be cancelled as long as it did not go "in process".&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The problem now is that QVC immediately puts your item "in process" even though often there are huge shipping delays (or you don't even end up getting your item). To me this is wrong.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I wonder if this is something they updated their system to do to keep more sales and stop people from cancelling.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;That has happened to me on one or two occasions.&amp;nbsp; This is what I did:&amp;nbsp; when the package arrived either via the post office or UPS, I didn't accept it. They put it back on the truck and returned it to QVC and I didn't have to pay for a return.&amp;nbsp; You can always try that.&amp;nbsp; In the event you are not home when it arrives, don't open it but either give it to your postal work or take it to the post office.&amp;nbsp; If it arrives via UPS, you can call them and ask them to pick it up. There is no way things go straight into process of shipping when nothing ships right out. It's one of the many things that makes me shop Qvc less than I ever I did before. What if we get further info about the size of something or prefer a different color? You know they're always pounding it in us that you'd better grab things before they sell out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
