Not even 9 seconds. Everything was fine until they did their update. I've updated and deleted everything and still NO QVC VIDEO! Every other site works fine...I guess they just don't value ALL their customers. &amp;nbsp; Queen Betty, I'm glad you posted this again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am with you guys--- probably after 15 years with QVC or more this has just gotten the best of me. They gave me an answer that my computer doesnt have the corerect version of flash player so I checked and its not me. Everything was fine until they did something so Goodbye to QVC. I will save lots of money. After waiting 3 weeks for them to fix it--if I am not a priority to them well the same goes for me--- Goodbye!--- Goodbye!-- Goodbye!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using microsoft edge and internet explorer. &amp;nbsp;I was having same issues. &amp;nbsp;Try Google chrome, I am having no issues on Google Chrome. &amp;nbsp;I also had to delete the QVC app. &amp;nbsp;I kept getting a warning from my anti virus. &amp;nbsp;If you are coming on to Q by using a app, try just typing it in and not using the app. Just suggestions, hope it helps some of you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
