    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Can anyone of the moderators please help with canceling an order I just placed on 1/8/21. &amp;nbsp;It was for a My Grandmas coffee cake., and was a bill to ship to item. &amp;nbsp;When I checked the order status, it showed as item coming to me. &amp;nbsp;I tried cancelling, but it said order in process, and would not let me make any changes. &amp;nbsp;I used my QVC gift card towards payment.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Thank You!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
