    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why I see two different statuses when I sign into my qvc account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; When I ordered the two items, I ordered the same day they were available and the status for three days has said 'preparing to ship'.&amp;nbsp; Today when I signed in, I get two different statuses - 'in process' and 'backordered'.&amp;nbsp; Which is it?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
