It is supposed to be 5 easy pays, why is everything coming up 3 in my cart?

I even tried to go in an edit the payments but it only gives an option for 3. So far this is on everything I put in my cart. It shows 5 on the main screen, but on the item it shows 3 and in my cart is only comes up 3.

Hi, that isn't what it says at the banner at the top of the page. It says 5 easy pays on everything and if you click on it the details say through 12/26. It also shows further down the home page that clearence is on 5 pays throught 12/31.

@ugabugabooooo - It definitely should be 5 easy pays. Even individual items show 5 but, when added to the cart just 3. It isn't just clearance items.

Perhaps notify the mods so they can relay this back to the I.T. team?

Same here....one of my items was clearance and it still came up 3 easy payments...

I have no idea, but MAYBE it's only with a Q card?

Something seems to be wrong. If you click on the "exclusions apply" it does not say you have to use a Q card and it says 5 easy pays on everything except gift cards.

i'm having the same problem and it's been like this all day, so they should know about it.

i think someone forgot to flip a switch, somewhere.
