    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was at the post office yesterday.&amp;nbsp; My husband sells stuff on EBAY.&amp;nbsp; I was in line for an hour.&amp;nbsp; The line went from one side of the building to the other.&amp;nbsp; The place where you can just drop off you package or box because it's prepaid and ready to go was full (two of them).&amp;nbsp; People couldn't put any more in there so there was a cart outside a door which was filled way beyond the top.&amp;nbsp; It had to be over 6 feet tall.&amp;nbsp; Only 3 post office employees working the walk up windows.&amp;nbsp; It was a mess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Nancy H. spoke about gifts arriving in 10 days this A.M. I guess she and&amp;nbsp; others really do not know what is currently going on? I am waiting 10&amp;nbsp; for three items to ship much less arrive in 10 days! I have heard posters mention this issue that the In Process&amp;nbsp;and Preparing Your Order takes weeks sometimes. Ten years ago this could be true but not this year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I just felt like she was so out of touch as to reality!! I'd rather not hear statements that are obviously not possible or true regarding receiving orders.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I agree.&amp;nbsp; I ordered one Spiderman and one Batman helicopter toys on Nov 27th.&amp;nbsp; I received the Spiderman one but the Batman is still stuck in CA and they were both shipped out on the same day!&amp;nbsp; If it's not here by the 21st then I am sending the Spiderman back and will return the Batman when it gets here.&amp;nbsp; They are for my two grandsons who are brothers so I can't very well give one his and not the other.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;USPS shipping from AZ to PA took 22 days at a charge of $27. &amp;nbsp;The package tracking ended at Philadelphia and I filled out the search form which seemed useless. &amp;nbsp;USPS system is broken. &amp;nbsp;There is an order sitting at my local post office for now four days without a delivery date. &amp;nbsp;In my opinion the USPS should stop shipping all packages until the system is overhauled to accommodate online ordering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My orders have shipped quickly &amp;amp; been received in a few days. I'm thinking they were all received about a week after ordering. Kudos to QVC!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am, however, very concerned about my upcoming order of Mrs. Prindables apples. When I ordered the TSV in October I wanted them as close to Christmas as possible. Now I'm not sure shipping 12/14 is a good idea. They're perishable so should get an expedited shipping-right? Well my auto-delivery bagels are supposed to ship 2nd day air but have all shipped UPS ground. I don't think UPS ground will work for this time of year. Debated cancelling them. Not sure who will even be coming home for Christmas this year &amp;amp; when. I don't want to pay to ship them individually to people after I receive them. Too costly. I can't eat all 10 apples myself... Wish I had a crystal ball to see when they would arrive &amp;amp; when I would see my friends/family to hand them out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Not all orders are consistently taking too long.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Most of QVC's orders have been processed in 2-3 days.&amp;nbsp; I have one in "preparing" for 4 days...not that long.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;There were two delivered from QVC that said "in process" on my order.&amp;nbsp; Those orders were charged the next day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Most of my delays are at my local post office where I have had a few orders sit for over 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp; Others arrive on time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;One Fedex "on the truck - to be delivered today" three times, was delivered yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;UPS deliveries have been on time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;From what I see, the problem became serious when UPS put limits on retailers.&amp;nbsp; Those retailers had no other choice than to use USPS and Fedex.&amp;nbsp; They can't handle all of them either.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have 3 items that were shipped back in November and no updated on tracking numbers for 3 or 4 days. They were all supposed to be delivered by last Friday or yesterday and have no idea on a realistic delivery date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live 2 and 1/2 hours from QVC, and I have had more than a couple items take 20-25 days to get here from point of order. They are trickling in now, but most will be returned, because the kids and grandkids boxes for Christmas needed to be sent Monday morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe a great deal of the delay is in the shipping contracts QVC has, using the blended delivery systems with UPS and USPS. I'm sure the delivery priority for the "hand off" system is really low.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it's bad all over, but the delays with other online merchants is nowhere near QVC's performance. Sure, the normal 3-5 days is now 7-10 with other merchants, but not 25 days!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see the "guaranteed Christmas Delivery" banner with today's Berkshire throws; and just don't see how that is possible.
