TSV It cosmetics price

I pre-ordered the tsv 2 days ago. Today, the day of the TSV, it is $5.00 cheaper. My order has not shipped and I would like the correct price please.

I will tell you that I just went thru this on an order and was told that the credit could not be issued until my order actually shipped, which it did the next day and I then received my credit.

I should not have to be calling. Why are they offering pre-orders and then changing the price. The system should be correcting this error. I am very busy and I should not have to be keeping track and calling for adjustements. This is not the first time this happened.

Don't think I will be pre-ordering in the future.

Thank you for responding. I wish this would be corrected now so I did not have to remember to email again. The customer should not be put out in this way. I am not blaming you as I know you are unable to correct it, but the system should allow it to be done now. And, the company should not be posting pre-orders then changing the price.

I agree with the OP that there should be a way for QVC to credit all those who pre-ordered at the higher price. Do you know how many people may have pre-ordered and now won't watch or see that the price has changed? That is unfair to them.

@Catch71. It just makes sense. You are not charged until your order ships. They can't issue a credit when the is no charge.

I remember at one time when there was a decrease in price, HSN would send you an email, letting you know and they would also credit your card.

If only QVC could/would do this because not everyone thinks about checking for a price reduction.

You are so right. Luckily I saw someone post on this forum that the price was lowered. Shouldn't they correct the orders that were bought before today? It was their mistake and unless you watched today and paid attention then you got screwed. Not right. Think of all the pre-orders and the money they made off those who look ahead.

I'm thinking the..... preorder TSV ..ad ...WAS SHOWING THE PRICE IT WILL BE WHEN THE TSV.....time frame expires.....big computer error....someone enter the incorrect price...

I think they lowered the price because pre-orders were not up to expectations.
