Message of Order Returned - But I Did not Receive OR Return

Regarding my Order Number: : I ordered 2 sets of the item on this order and it does show both sets ordered. I received a notice a few days ago about my return of an order but I had no idea what it was about. Today I realized that I only received one set of these and when checking Order Status it shows one set returned. Again, I did not return it as I didn't receive it. I do need that 2nd set on this order. Please advise what is going on. Thank you.

That has happened to me before. I got one and 2nd one returned. Product was no longer available and ran out. Saved me some money and have not used the one I got. The other was to be a gift.
