    <description>&lt;P&gt;happened to me a few weeks ago. it said on my tracking that it was delivered to post office, but never got delivered? it was over a week late.. so i called qvc and they sent out a replacement. i emailed post office and they said they were checking into it, and never got back to me... been over 3 weeks now and it was never delivered.. but i did get the replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello - i may be able to shed some light for you based on my recent experience. I ordered an item (not qvc) that also showed it was delivered to me. However, after many attempts to reach the local post office (yep, rings and rings and then cuts you off), I finally got someone who tracked it for me. The GPS on the mail truck timed the driver delivering my package to a different street about 3 blocks away, with the &lt;STRONG&gt;same house number&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It was scanned and delivered to them. Now, you would think the folks who live there would return it to their mailbox for re-delivery, but no. The postal agent had to knock on the door to actually physically retrieve the box.&amp;nbsp; I eventually got my stuff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a smaller post office branch rather than the main one. That's how I got an answer. I live on Place which is a cul de sac but it's delivered to Avenue. This is so frustrating. But QVC has always been a great help to me. They have had to call the mailman to go get my package &amp;amp; deliver it to me. LOL!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Our previous mailman would get off a house so everyone down the street had each others mail. That was bad for us since ours was left in the neighbors box which had a locked box so we could not retrieve our mail.       <description>&lt;P&gt;weight watcher - good luck. I never received my order. There is NO USPS tracking detail. Only UPS. QVC doesn't have USPS tracking, so they say. Perhaps USPS delivered my order to the wrong address and it was&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; not&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; reported, thus someone got my order. Tracking says delivered but it wasn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Knock on wood, Ive learned not to panic, I've always received the items the following day.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Kim,thank you so much for your speedy response.&amp;nbsp; This is the first I could post because I had a visit with the EyeSpecialist and the drops are just wearing off.&amp;nbsp; Surprise, surprise, the package was waiting&amp;nbsp;at my front door when I arrived home.&amp;nbsp; The Post Office obviously delivered to the wrong address but I am grateful that no harm was done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To all the ladies that were kind enough to drop a line or two, a great big Thank You.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For those that never received their package I am truly sorry, I know how anxious you are and were.&amp;nbsp; QVC would make things a little easier if we could get a Tracking Number when they turn our packages over to the Post Office.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Without it we have no recourse, our package can't be tracked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Post Office where I live is very small but still greatly understaffed as demonstrated by no one picking up the telephone.&amp;nbsp; Sad state of affairs and very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once again, thank you all and have a very Happy Holiday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;\&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I even used a promo code (HOLIDAY) to take 5 bucks off. What should i do?</description>

Most all vendors do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terrible, terrible service&lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;(((&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/139250"&gt;@ahoymate&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; if you have a UPS tracking number use their site for tracking information.&amp;nbsp; If the package is to be transferred to USPS there is a tracking number for that, at least if you have signed up for the free UPS MyChoice program.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;ETA:&amp;nbsp; USPS also has informed delivery.&amp;nbsp; If you sign up for that you can receive notices when a package is coming and when it has been delivered.&amp;nbsp; A tracking number is provided.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
