    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an IM top on the first of Nov. &amp;nbsp;QVC lost my order somewhere in the process and now it is sold out in my size and color. So, I just miss out. &amp;nbsp;My order for JM got shipped to the wrong state so who knows what will happen to that one. &amp;nbsp;Their service has gone down hill so much. &amp;nbsp;I can't count on them anymore. &amp;nbsp;What a shame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We placed on order on 11/5.&amp;nbsp; It has said "preparing your order" for the past 6 days.&amp;nbsp; Customer service was beyond useless and told me last night that it "should ship within a few days."&amp;nbsp; They've had an entire WEEK to ship our order.&amp;nbsp; Now I remember why we rarely ever shop QVC.&amp;nbsp; We actually placed an order with HSN the day AFTER we placed our QVC order, which shipped within 24 hours and we received 2 days ago, yet QVC can't be bothered to get off their lazy, useless behinds and get our order out the door.&amp;nbsp; I am downright disgusted and will never use QVC again after this!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
