      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it means they don't have enough stock.&amp;nbsp; That happened on the Beekman TSV from the spring--the last shipment says "backordered' now--I doubt I will receive it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I have received&amp;nbsp;several of these messages regarding&amp;nbsp;my orders. I ordered two sets of the TSV Muk Luk socks on &lt;STRONG&gt;10/16&lt;/STRONG&gt;...then there was no tracking.&amp;nbsp; Then received&amp;nbsp;a delay message - on advance order. When I ordered, there were still plenty in stock!! Just yesterday - &lt;STRONG&gt;11/5&lt;/STRONG&gt; - received&amp;nbsp;one order, but still lacking&amp;nbsp;the 2nd one!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I do think it is poor customer service!!&amp;nbsp; I realize that there&amp;nbsp;are delivery issues due to the virus, but...QVC plan ahead!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Retail has been dealing with the virus issues since March!! Don't sell something&amp;nbsp;you don't already&amp;nbsp;have in hand!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
