      <description>&lt;P&gt;A package I have been tracking has been in transit 2-3 days and as of today the last tracking entry says something such as Change in delivery plans may delay delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does this mean?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Severe weather has impacted some of the deliveries because of the hurricanes or wildfires.&amp;nbsp; Even if you don't live in those areas, service can be affected because of the transit of the package through those areas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me, that usually means that UPS handed the package off to the USPS for delivery.&amp;nbsp; So it takes an additional 2-3 days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
