These people should receive more thanks then criticisms.I would not want to listen to cust complaining all day.Treat each other the way you want to be treated. We should be able to contact SHIPPING DEPT. they do the shipping. Not the cust. service or chat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Two thumbs up to QVC Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two of my packages were delayed for a couple weeks by USPS, when I spoke to a customer service rep at QVC ( wish I remembered her name) she was very appolgetic regarding the delay and waived the return fee if I decided I didn't want them. I was surprised at her offer and thought it was very nice of her. I finally received the items and unfortunately one must be returned. Thank you QVC custormer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for letting us know.&amp;nbsp; I think there are probably many examples of good customer service every day, but not everyone thinks to speak up unless it's a complaint.&amp;nbsp; Good for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
