MODS please Help- STILL Issue with multi item Return/ Refund

I already wrote about my experience with trying to get a return packing slip to return a Second Barbara King Garland after I returned the first one. Now the refund amount is incorrect and I am beyond frustrated. ( ORDER # ) When I returned the first garland I was given a refund of .45 Cents . Yes you read that right. Because the item was on Easy pay and I had only paid one payment before that return of $25.70 ( for the 2 garlands ) QVC subtracted out the total shipping amount FOR BOTH GARLANDS of $10.99 plus the tax,and the $6.95 for the Q return label. Didn't add up to me but that is what Customer Service told me when I called to inquire about it. Now that I have paid the 3 easy pays on the garland that I had thought I was going to use but just returned,(3 payments of 12.90 = 38.70 + 2.71 tax =$ 41.41) I was refunded $13.35 !!! So I paid QVC a total of $66.86 ( $25.70 + $41.41 ) and all I was refunded was a total of $13.80 for TWO garlands !? Something is incredibly wrong here. Please fix this. I still have two advance orders that do not go out until December and I may just cancel them because of this ongoing problem. Honestly, I have lost faith in the quality of most of your merchandise and resent having to pay for return shipping on the half dozen DEFECTIVE items I had to send back in the last year.

A bit of advice, if I may. I would be very careful giving order numbers and any personal information in a post. It's all public and people watch posts for opportunities to cheat others.

Your best bet is to email moderators on the QVC Social Team at Social.Team@qvc.com.

@SWFL_girl I apologize for the frustratrion with your refund. We've issued an additional $19.85 making your total refund $33.65. QVC does not refund the original s/h and there was a charge for using the prepaid label. If you have any further questions please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. Ciny
