    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered two tops from Susan Graver on Sept. 11 but they are huge on me and too long on the arms. &amp;nbsp;I was going to return them, but now instead of one address label to print (which is how they were sent to me--together), I will have to do two separate address labels and packages? &amp;nbsp;When did this change? &amp;nbsp;That would be $6.95 twice which is really too much! &amp;nbsp;I tried emailing Social Media Team but that sent back a "permanent error" message so I guess those are now out of work at QVC. Anyone have this happen to them? &amp;nbsp;They were ordered together on the same day and sent together to me, so I don't understand why one return label wouldn't suffice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No that's not right - you use the return shipping label on the packing slip for both items you're returning, since they're both listed on that one packing slip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sounds like you've encountered a glitch of some kind. If you have the slip, I don't understand what you're needing to print?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Send them back together. &amp;nbsp;Use just one of the shipping labels or even your own label. &amp;nbsp;I often return several separately-ordered items using just one label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes QVC likes to process as different orders so if you return, you get to pay retur S&amp;amp;H 2x. &amp;nbsp;I thought I was being efficient and packing items together for return in same box but they still charge per item. &amp;nbsp;THey don't advertise this...but if you track your return...they do!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you receive multiple pieces of clothes&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; even from different&amp;nbsp; orders that you need to return , it usually is cheaper and easier to track with&amp;nbsp; Priority mail&amp;nbsp; rather than pay 6.95 for each item&amp;nbsp; packed in the same box or package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
