    <description>I have been having a problem with text, HTML , can't quote no names pop up , have to put name in myself. Can't heart posts etc. once stated time had expired and had to sign in again. I was only signed in for maybe 10 minutes. This all started on Friday . I understand IT was working on something or changing something around . in the past whenever that happened my iPad had all kinds of problems. And now once again. I thought by now it would have been bake to normal . I'm wondering if I'm the only one here with problems with there iPad ?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32615"&gt;@Kitty Galore&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Which iPad&amp;nbsp;model do you use and what have you tried in the way of troubleshooting?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Using my iPad 6 (iPadOS 14.0.1) and iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5) -- both are the most up-to-date software versions for the devices -- it's all working normally here.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;1 -- Is your software up-to-date?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;2 -- Have you tried closing all apps running in background, then going into the browser (probably Safari) settings and deleting&amp;nbsp;all history and website data (and under "Advanced" for Safari, under "Website Data," remove all data there)?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;3 -- If you're using a bookmark/favorite, did you try instead going to QVC.com, then clicking on Blogs &amp;amp; Forums and coming in via that route?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;4 -- Have you recently performed a backup/sync?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not only does that assure you have a good backup, it also clears out a huge amount of stored analytic and diagnostic data that can cause all sorts of problems.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;5 -- Have you tried a shutdown and reboot?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;6 -- Check your settings here on the Community...&amp;nbsp; under "Preferences," then "Preference Options," under "Default editor to use for posts" be sure "Rich Text Editor" is checked.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;7 -- Can you think&amp;nbsp;of anything you might have changed on the iPad around the time this started?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It does appear the website made some "updates" in the past week or so that caused glitches, but from what I could see most of those problems could be fixed by deleting all cookies/cache/website data and then relaunching the browser.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I'm sorry you're having problems.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Maybe my list can get us started on the road to happy posting!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I hope one of us (or many of us!) will find a good solution for you.🌻&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi dooBdoo, Thanks for trying to help me out appreciate it😺 I changed absolutely nothing on my end ! Can't imagine what happened . I know that whenever they fine tune or chsnge something here on the boards I run into problems. Not being the most techie girl I find it so frustrating 🙀 You asked about my software , it is up to date I just checked ...9.3.5 2 questions I have.......Where is preferences here on the community boards, I certainly don't see that ? Can I ask if I delate all cookies/cache/website data won't that wipe out Everything? I do clear history everyday. Maybe they are still working on things I don't know . Most times it seems to work itself out and I hope it will this time. Thanks again😺</description>
