    <description>&lt;P&gt;definitely email the social team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they helped me with a missing package last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they responded to my email promptly and sent out a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was hoping you could help me with this.&amp;nbsp; My package was delivered to the wrong address and the USPS will not assist me unless the package was insured.&amp;nbsp; Does QVC insure their packages and, if yes, how could I get proof of the insurance?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
