Can a Mod help me with my order... please😞

I ordered the Luminara 12” red heritage lantern and received it but the ground hook is missing. I called and they said they would send one out but as of now they have not moved on getting me one. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help me out?

Is this for the order for the red Luminara 12" Heritage 3.0 indoor/outdoor lantern? We do not have the hook on its own or as spare parts. I will send you a no cost replacement and once received please send back whatever you do not need.
