      <description>&lt;P&gt;I read&amp;nbsp;in the beauty forum&amp;nbsp;where&amp;nbsp;alot of&amp;nbsp;customers&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;get an email a few days or more ahead of time with a link to preorder an upcoming TSV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed QVC in the past and asked them. I was told to subscribe to all the TSV's&amp;nbsp; which I did. But I've never gotten an email days in advance with a link!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do get the Insider Magazine via mail which lists the item numbers of some TSV's but when I put in the numbers it doesn't always show up the TSV price. You need the link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise and thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to type in the item number from the insider and order. &amp;nbsp;I just tried it from the April insider and no issue. &amp;nbsp;My guess is maybe you are checking too soon. &amp;nbsp;I remember reading something about a date when TSVs are released. &amp;nbsp;I don't order a lot of TSVs, but I can't think of a time I couldn't order from the insider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As a heads up to others, you can actually do this for yourself on the website. If you visit QVC.com, log in, and click the drop down arrow next to "Hello, Your Name" then select "My Account". Just opt out of everything and reopt in! I almost wonder, could it be that your e-mail server is filtering out the preorder e-mails as spam since they contain links in them? If those e-mails aren't in your spam/junk, then I can&amp;nbsp;forward you along to our e-mail marketing team and see if they can add you manually to the database!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Care to share the fix with the rest of us?&amp;nbsp; I have been a customer of QVC's for over 20 years, and signed up for the pre-sale tsv emails shortly after they were offered.&amp;nbsp; I actually received them for several years, then mysteriously, about 6 years ago, they stopped coming.&amp;nbsp; I've spoken to customer service several times over the years about this, even requested that they forward the problem to their IT department, but never got it resolved.&amp;nbsp; If you've figured out the solution to the problem, I would love to get my account fixed so that I start receiving them again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
