    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I placed an order 3 weeks ago for the Valerie Parr Hill clear lotus candle holders (2 holders). It has been stuck in process forever. There must be a way to check and get this order shipped out. Please - its a gift!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I received two automated emails saying it was in process. I already know that. Please check on the status and see if it can get shipped asap.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Thank you&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am speaking about the lotus candle holders item H221860. The last 4 digits of the order number are 1704. The order date was 8/22.
