I ordered two pairs of Belle by Kim Gravel pull on jeggings when they were the TSV on 8/8/20. My account says they were shipped on 8/11/20 but I still haven't received them. Anyway to help me with this?

I apologize your order hasn't been received. Per tracking the Kim Gravel Jeggings appear to be lost in tranist. I'm sorry. Please let me know if you would like a replacement for the Dark Indigo or refund.

The Graphite is no longer available. Would you like a another color or a refund?
