      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to find out if QVC / Social Team still sends you an e-mail to let you know that your return is on it's way?&lt;BR /&gt;In the past once I dropped off my return at the Post Office, within 24-48 hours I would receive an e-mail from QVC saying my return was on it's way - a week ago I sent two items back via the USPS and never received an e-mail, worried ugh. One was for a Lug bag the other was an exchange with D&amp;amp;C.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2303"&gt;@DooneyGal2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I would have to say no based on my experience; I haven't received any notifications about returns being "on their way" for at least a few months. I used to get those alerts, and nothing has changed in my email preferences, so I'm not sure what might have changed in the QVC system. It is helpful that qvc.com has started showing tracking details for returns again, though!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tell you what I do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I write down that big long USPS number before I mail the return that way I can track it myself. &amp;nbsp;After you write down the number, send it to yourself in an email, copy and paste it, so, you won't have to write it down all the time when you want to check on the progress go to USPS and paste it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soon as it's delivered if they don't email you and let you know they have received it and your credit card has been credited then I go to 'order status' and under 'returns' I can see if they have it then I start calling my credit card automated information and see if my account has money back in it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
