I get all my orders on timely manner Except, when I order Logo or G.I.L.I. takes about 3 to 4 weeks, no updates on tracking. Why?

@Dinaki So are those two brands made to order? I doubt it. As far as I know they ARE ready to wear.

I don't think Q sells customer order clothing!

prêt-à-porter is french for ready to wear. Q can't even do talls and petits consistently let alone custom clothing.

I think it has something to do with what warehouse the items are at. I have the same experience as you.
